In BBC School Radio, travelling around all the time, meant having a camera with me to illustrate the children's booklets and the RadioVision filmstrips. These are some of the thousands of images I have collected from round Britain. Sometimes I went back later and made a further study for exhibitions.
On May 13th 2009 a green plaque was unveiled at the home of BBC School Radio from 1935 to 1993 and then end of an unbroken chain of programmes from Reverend Bramwel Evans 'Romany' to Introducing Geography and Looking at Nature with Timmy Mallett and Robin Robbins came to an end. the green plaque
School Radio lives on as web pages - a development of an idea I conceived as a CD researched in my PhD in 1996 BBC School Radio
